I had high hopes for the resort, but unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal. While the grounds were pleasant and public areas well-maintained, the rooms left much to be desired, as they were dull and in need of care. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being unhelpful, which really detracted from our stay. On the upside, the food was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The manager was extremely rude and misled us about the room rates, charging way more than what was originally quoted. The swimming pool was filthy, and the overall cleanliness of the resort was just unacceptable. On a positive note, the children's play area was decent, and the outdoor sitting arrangements were okay for relaxation. However, I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
